大型电站锅炉掺烧污泥发电技术研究进展

摘要 污水处理能力量的提升,使得污泥产量增加。污泥富含病原微生物及有毒物质,对人类健康构成极大威胁,安全无害化和资源化处置迫在眉睫。燃煤电厂大型锅炉污泥掺烧是实现最大体积污泥处置方法之一。目前发达国家污泥掺烧工艺较成熟,使用较广泛,而我国在此方面起步较晚,污泥掺烧技术虽有一定进展,但仍存在诸多问题。本文综述了我国污泥掺烧背景,掺烧技术工艺路线和掺烧对燃煤锅炉的影响及未来研究方向。 The improvement of the power of sewage treatment makes the sludge production increase.Sludge is rich in pathogenic microorganisms and toxic substances,which poses a great threat to human health.Safe and harmless and resource disposal of sludge is extremely urgent.Co-combustion of sludge in coal-fired power plants is one of the disposal methods to achieve the maximum sludge reduction.At present,the co-combustion process of sludge and coal in developed countries is more mature and widely used,while it started relatively late in China.Although the sludge mixed burning technology has made some progress,there are many problems in this technology.In this paper,the background,technological route and influence of mixed combustion of sludge on coal-fired boilers in China are summarized,and the future research direction is discussed.
