摘要
各种类型的骨缺损患者在临床上已十分常见,因此产生了多种多样的骨修复材料。其中,与天然骨无机成分相似的磷酸钙材料由于其良好的生物学特性和骨再生性能而被大量研究。钙磷离子的释放调节成骨细胞和破骨细胞的活化,促进骨再生。对磷酸钙的表面性质和孔隙率的控制影响细胞/蛋白质的粘附和生长,并调节骨矿物质的形成。磷酸钙的不同类型具有不同的生物活性,由于离子释放、溶解度、稳定性和机械强度的不同,可以用于不同的应用。本文综述了磷酸钙生物材料的生物学特性及其种类、大小和形态之间的关系和相互作用,并总结了其作为骨材料的应用,以期为未来骨修复材料的研究提供新的思路。
Various types of bone defect patients have been very common in clinic,so a variety of bone repair materials have been produced.Cal-cium phosphate,which is similar to the inorganic composition of natural bone,has been extensively studied because of its good biological characteris-tics and bone regeneration performance.The release of calcium and phosphorus ions regulates the activation of osteoblasts and osteoclasts and pro-motes bone regeneration.The control of surface properties and porosity of calcium phosphate affects cell/protein adhesion and growth,and regulates bone mineral formation.Different types of calcium phosphate have different biological activities,and can be used in different applications due to dif-ferent ion release,solubility,stability and mechanical strength.This paper reviews the biological characteristics of calcium phosphate biomaterials and the relationship and interaction between their types,size and morphology,and summarizes their applications as bone materials,in order to pro-vide new ideas for the future research of bone repair materials,so as to provide new ideas for the research of bone repair materials in the future.
