摘要
在氮气氛围下对加热不燃烧卷烟进行热失重分析以计算其含水率。试验结果表明:热重法测定的样品含水率与气相色谱法的测定结果比对偏差在0.574%~5.731%,试验精度高;热重法测定的样品平行样相对偏差在0.005%~1.855%,试验重复性好;热重法测试时样品量仅需5~10 mg,测试时长为4 min左右,试验简单高效。
Thermogravimetric analysis was applied to the rapid determination of moisture content in heat-not-burn tobacco products under a nitrogen atmosphere.The results showed that:Compared with the results measured by gas chromatography,the deviation of the sample moisture measured by thermogravimetric method is 0.574%to 5.731%,indicating high test accuracy;The relative deviation of parallel samples measured by thermogravimetry was 0.005%to 1.855%,indicating high test repeatability;During thermogravimetric testing,the sample mass only required 5 mg to 10 mg and the test duration is about 4 minutes so that the test efficiency was high.
