摘要
本文对比了上海某大型餐厨垃圾厌氧消化厂一期和二期预处理工艺效果,评估一期预处理工程运行状况,针对性提出其改进优化方案。主要包括:在预处理两相出渣段可以增加挤压机减少出渣含水率,大物质分拣机进料含水率控制在70%以下;合并精分机与制浆机,除砂除杂步骤移至制浆后减少大粒径有机质的损失;餐厨线除砂除杂单元出口设置筛孔截留大物质进入干式厌氧弥补大物质有机质损失。
The pretreatment processes with Phase I and Phase II of a large-scale food waste anaerobic digestion plants in Shanghai was studied.And then,key limiting factors for pretreatment process and the Phase I improvement optimization scheme were proposed.Results showed that double spiral feeder could be added to reduce moisture content of solid residue,and feed moisture content of large material should be controlled to 70%.Meanwhile,combine fine machine and pulp machine to reduce the loss of large size organic matter.Additionally,the outlet could be set to in-tercept large matter,which could enter into the dry anaerobic digestion to utilize the organic matter sufficiently.
