危险化学品泄漏事故应急处置关键技术研究

摘要 本文旨在探讨危险化学品泄漏事故的应急处置关键技术,并提出相关研究方向。文中简要阐述了危险化学品泄漏事故的特点和常见原因,并介绍了危险化学品泄漏事故的一般应急处置程序,包括接警、隔离现场、疏散人员、制定现场控制方案以及洗消撤离等步骤。根据研究得出如下结论:危险化学品泄漏事故应急处置关键技术的应用可以提高事故应急处置的效率和安全性,减少损失和危害。因此,建议将重点放在泄漏源应急处置技术、海上轻型快速应急抢险装备等方面,以提供更好的保障。 This article aims to explore key emergency response technologies for hazardous chemical leakage accidents and propose relevant research directions.The article briefly explains the characteristics and common causes of hazardous chemical leakage accidents,and introduces the general emergency response procedures for hazardous chemical leakage accidents,including receiving alarms,isolating the scene,evacuating per-sonnel,developing on-site control plans,and washing and disinfecting evacuation.According to the research,the following conclusion can be drawn:the application of key technologies in emergency response to hazardous chemical leakage accidents can improve the efficiency and safety of emer-gency response,reduce losses and hazards.Therefore,it is recommended to focus on emergency response technologies for leakage sources,as well as light and fast emergency rescue equipment at sea,in order to provide better support.
