煤矿工程中巷道掘进和支护技术分析

摘要 深入探讨煤矿工程中巷道掘进与支护技术的基础理论、技术关联、优化与创新。阐述巷道掘进与支护的基本概念、分类、特点、主要方法及原理,分析了两者之间的相互影响与匹配原则,并指出了掘进与支护过程中的常见问题及预防措施。提出掘进与支护技术的匹配原则对确保煤矿工程的高效与安全至关重要,需根据具体地质条件灵活选择适当的掘进方法和支护方式。针对复杂多变的地质环境,锚杆支护、金属支架和喷射混凝土等技术在不同地质条件下表现出良好的适应性,有效提升了巷道的稳定性和安全性。旨在全面分析煤矿巷道掘进与支护技术的基础理论、技术关联及优化创新方向,以期为煤矿工程的安全高效生产提供有力支持。 The basic theory,technical correlation,optimization and innovation of roadway excavation and support technology in coal mine engineering are deeply discussed.This paper expounds the basic concepts,classification,characteristics,main methods and principles of roadway excavation and support,analyzes the mutual influence and matching principle between them,and points out the common problems and preventive measures in the process of excavation and support.It is very important to put forward the matching principle of excavation and support technology to ensure the high efficiency and safety of coal mine engineering,and it is necessary to flexibly choose the appropriate excavation method and support method according to the specific geological conditions.In view of the complex and changeable geological environment,bolt support,metal support and shotcrete have shown good adaptability under different geological conditions,effectively improving the stability and safety of the roadway.The purpose of this paper is to comprehensively analyze the basic theory,technical correlation and optimization and innovation direction of coal mine roadway excavation and support technology,in order to provide strong support for safe and efficient production of coal mine engineering.
