摘要
本文探讨了认证背景下生物工程专业综合实验内容的建设和改革。为了提高学生的综合素质和适应经济社会发展的需求,将实验内容打破课程界限,整合成围绕产品生产的7个阶段“做中学”项目制创新教学模式;针对天然产物生产的技术链条,结合应用实践和科研项目,构建了9个模块的实验教学内容;基于成果导向的教学评价,将课程成绩评价机制调整和优化为全面的过程性评价和结果性考核。这一综合教学模式为生物工程专业的综合训练提供了理论指导。
This paper explores the development and reform of comprehensive laboratory contents in the field of biological engineering under the context of accreditation.In order to enhance the comprehensive qualities of students and meet the needs of economic and social development,an innovative teaching model is proposed,which integrates laboratory contents into a seven-stage"learning by doing"project centered around product production,breaking the boundaries between courses.Focusing on the technological chain of natural product production,a total of nine modules of laboratory teaching contents are constructed,incorporating practical applications and research projects.Furthermore,based on outcome-oriented teaching evaluation,the course grading mechanism is adjusted and optimized to comprehensively assess the process and results.This integrated teaching model provides theoretical guidance for the comprehensive training of biological engineering majors.
