Discussion on the Preventive Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Used in Open-pit Coal Mine

用于煤矿行业的机电设备长期在露天的环境下运行,很容易出现老化、磨损及各种故障,严重影响煤矿生产效率,甚至引发安全事故,致使产煤中断,造成巨大的经济损失。机电设备性能直接关系到煤矿企业的生产经营状况,重要性不言而喻。本文分析了国内煤矿用机电设备的维修情况与故障类型,探讨了常用的预防性维修措施。

The mechanical and electrical equipment used in the coal mine industry operates in the open environment for a long time,it is easy to appear aging,wear and various faults,seriously affect the production efficiency of the coal mine,and even cause safety accidents,resulting in the interruption of coal production,causing huge economic losses.The performance of mechanical and electrical equipment is directly related to the production and operation of coal mining enterprises,and the importance is self-evident.This paper analyzes the maintenance situation and fault type of electromechanical equipment in domestic coal mine,and then discusses the common preventive maintenance measures.
