摘要
抚顺是国内最大的浅层油页岩生产页岩油基地,通过对抚顺页岩油性质的分析,研究了催化裂解工艺加工抚顺页岩油的可行性,提出了改善抚顺页岩油催化裂解能力的办法。对抚顺页岩油加氢精制后常压馏分进行了不同温度下的催化裂解实验,验证了通过加氢精制方法提升抚顺页岩油催化裂解性能的可行性,并对工业化应用可能存在的问题进行了简单分析。
Fushun is the largest shale oil production base in China.This article analyzes the properties of Fushun shale oil and studies the feasibility of catalytic cracking technology to process Fushun shale oil.The catalytic cracking performance of Fushun shale oil is investigated,and methods to improve the catalytic cracking ability of Fushun shale oil are proposed.And catalytic cracking experiments were conducted on the atmospheric fraction of Fushun shale oil after hydrogenation refining at different temperatures,verifying the feasibility of improving the catalytic cracking performance of Fushun shale oil through hydrogenation refining methods.A simple analysis was also conducted on the possible problems in industrial application.
