Research on Quality Control and Safety Supervision of Coal Mine Roadway Engineering

煤矿井巷工程在建设过程中充满了复杂性和特殊性,涉及较多方面的安全隐患。针对建设前期准备和建设过程存在的安全隐患进行分析,对构建煤矿井巷工程质量管控的安全监理体系进行探讨,并提出相应的解决对策。从加强人员管理、确保井巷施工的准确性、加强材料质量管控、加强安全监理控制、加强规章制度管理等方面出发提出优化措施,促进煤矿企业各个业务系统的安全性、高效性,减少矿井灾害事故发生,保障煤矿企业安全生产。

Coal mine roadway engineering is full of complexity and particularity in the construction process,involving many potential safety hazards.This paper analyzes the potential safety hazards existing in the pre-construction preparation and construction process,discusses the construction of safety supervision system for quality control of coal mine roadway engineering,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.From the aspects of strengthening personnel management,ensuring the accuracy of roadway construction,strengthening material quality control,strengthening safety supervision control,and strengthening rules and regulations management,the optimization measures are put forward to promote the safety and efficiency of each business system of coal mining enterprises,reduce the occurrence of mine disaster accidents,and ensure the safety production of coal mining enterprises.
