罐区伺服液位计通讯接口的冗余配置方式

摘要 随着我国石化企业的发展和自动化的进步,工厂对储罐自动计量的要求已不再是原来的单一计量要求,而是进一步扩展到了库存计量、倒罐计量、输送计量、安全监督等方面。作为罐区最重要的液位测量仪表,近几年来大量采用了进口的雷达和伺服液位计,为管理多台液位计,每个厂家都使用各自的通讯协议和通讯接口单元与其上位监控平台通讯。储罐液位计通常为冗余配置,但其通讯接口单元却是冗余环节中较薄弱的环节,大部分罐区多台液位计只配一个通讯单元。文章主要探讨DCS与霍尼韦尔的恩拉福(ENRAF)伺服液位计的通讯接口单位(CIU)之间的冗余配置方式,以期为相关人员提供参考。 With the development of petrochemical enterprises and the progress of automation in our country,the requirements for automatic measurement of storage tanks in factories are no longer the original single measurement requirements,but have further expanded to inventory measurement,tank pouring measurement,transportation measurement,safety supervision,and other aspects.As the most important liquid level measuring instrument in the tank area,imported radar and servo liquid level meters have been widely used in recent years.In order to manage multiple liquid level meters,each manufacturer uses their own communication protocol and communication interface unit to communicate with their upper monitoring platform.Tank level gauges are usually redundant configurations,but their communication interface unit is a weaker link in the redundant link.Most tank areas have multiple level gauges equipped with only one communication unit.The article mainly explores the redundant configuration method between the communication interface unit(CIU)of DCS and Honeywell's ENRAF servo level gauge,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
