摘要
文章中提及的自动校准技术是指数控车床已具备在位测量技术和对刀仪设备,并依托数控系统将两者相结合。通过编写相关程序固化对刀操作流程,使用对刀仪将加工刀具特征点进行测量并固定在数控机床某一特征点位中,依托在位测量技术来探测产品基面至数控机床对刀仪基准点位具体距离,在数控系统参数中通过反向读取两者距离后写入数控系统参数,以此完成坐标系自动校准过程。通过使用加工坐标系自动校准技术,既可保证对刀精度稳定,又可以减少人为操作错误导致机床撞击事故等问题的发生。
The automatic calibration technology mentioned in this paper refers to the CNC lathe has the in-place measurement technology and the knife instrument equipment,relying on the CNC system will combine the two.By writing related program curing to the knife operation process,using the machining tool characteristic point,relying on the field measurement technology to detect the product surface to the CNC machine tool to the specific distance,in the CNC system parameters by reverse reading the distance written to the CNC system parameters,in order to complete the automatic calibration process of coordinate system.By using the automatic calibration technology of machining coordinate system,it can ensure the stable knife accuracy and reduce the occurrence of machine tool impact accident caused by human operation error.
