摘要
为顺应数字时代的发展大势,国际教育成就评价协会(IEA)于2023年发布了第3轮计算机与信息素养国际测评(ICILS 2023)框架。ICILS 2023新增了对教师教学信念和学科实践的分析,突出了ICT领导力的价值,开发了多类型且连续性的试题,并以情境式测评形式展开评价。我国可借鉴ICILS测评经验,重视教师ICT信念的养成,提升中学教师数字素养教学水平,加强学校领导力,创建良好的数字素养培育环境,同时鼓励教师以连续性情境式测评开展数字素养评价。
In the context of the digital age,the International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement(IEA)has released the third round of the framework for international computer and information literacy study(ICILS 2023).The ICILS 2023 has added an analysis of teacher teaching beliefs and subject practices,highlighting the value of ICT leadership,multiple types and continuous test questions have been developed,and evaluations have been conducted in the form of situational assessments.This inspires China to learn from the experience of ICILS evaluation,attach importance to the cultivation of ICT beliefs among teachers,improve the level of digital literacy teaching for middle school teachers,strengthen school leadership,create a good environment for cultivating digital literacy,and encourage teachers to conduct digital literacy assessment through continuous and situational evaluation.
