制造业数字交易产业标准化发展的探索——以山东省为例

Exploration of Industrial Standardization Development of Digital Trading in Manufacturing Industry-Taking Shandong Province as an Example

作为工业及制造业大省、数字经济大省,山东省委、省政府把工业经济作为头号工程来抓,深入开展数实融合赋能,构建以数据为关键要素的数字经济。充分进行制造业数字化转型及数字资源的挖掘,以数据要素流通应用为核心的制造业数字交易技术及其标准化研究,就成了充分释放工业大数据价值潜力的关键。本文立足制造业数字产业标准化的建立和应用,研究制造业数字交易产业发展路径,总结山东省制造业和数字经济融合的成功经验,探索如何以标准化的方式将成果固化、推广和应用。为我国数字交易产业的发展提出标准层面的促进思路和建议。

As a major province in industry,manufacturing,and digital economy,the Shandong Party committee and provincial government prioritize industrial economy,and carry out in-depth integration of data and reality to empower the digital economy with data as the key element.Shandong fully implements the digital transformation of manufacturing,and explores digital resources.Therefore,with circulation and application of data elements as the core,the research on digital transaction technology in manufacturing and its standardization research is the key to fully unleash the potential value of industrial big data.This paper focuses on the establishment and application of standardization of digital industry in manufacturing,studies the industrial development path of digital transactions in manufacturing,summarizes the successful experience of integration of manufacturing and digital economy in Shandong province,and explores how the results can be solidified,promoted,and applied through a standardized manner.It puts forward promotion ideas and suggestions for the development of China’s digital transaction industry from the perspective of standards.
