中国与泰国大米产品标准比对研究

摘要 泰国是世界主要的稻米生产国和出口国,泰国大米颗粒饱满、气味清香、味道可口,深受各国消费者喜爱。而在我国,泰国大米制假售假行为屡禁不止,2023年央视“3.15”晚会对相关问题进行了曝光,严重影响了消费者的消费信心。我国市场上大米种类较为单调,难以满足不同消费者的不同需求和国际市场的需要,而泰国标准将大米分为较多等级,可以满足不同消费者的需求,同时提高了泰国大米在国际大米市场上的竞争力和抗风险能力,对我国大米标准的改进有指导意义。本文通过对中国、泰国两国大米产品标准加工精度、米粒长度、水分等多项质量指标,农药残留、污染物两项安全指标,以及包装及标签等其他指标进行对比分析,比较两国大米产品标准的优点与不足,对我国大米产品标准提出改进建议,为我国完善大米产品标准提供借鉴,为打击国内泰国大米制假售假行为提供理论支持。 Thailand is a major producer and exporter of rice in the world.Thai rice has full grains,a fragrant aroma,and a delicious taste,which is deeply loved by consumers from all over the world.In China,the practice of producing and selling counterfeit Thai rice emerges despite repeatedly prohibited.In the 2023 CCTV 315 Evening Gala,relevant issues were exposed,which seriously affects consumer confidence.The variety of rice in the Chinese market is relatively monotonous,making it difficult to meet the different needs of consumers and the needs of the international market.However,the Thai standard divides rice into multiple levels,which can meet the needs of different consumers.At the same time,it improves the competitiveness and risk resistance of Thai rice in the international rice market,which is of guiding significance for the improvement of China’s rice standards.This paper compares and analyzes the rice products in China and Thailand including quality indicators of processing accuracy,grain length,moisture,safety indicators of pesticide residues and pollutants,and other indicators of packaging and labels.The advantages and disadvantages of the two countries’rice product standards are compared,and improvement suggestions are proposed for China’s standards for rice products.It provides reference for improvement of rice product standards in China,and provides theoretical support for cracking down on Thai rice counterfeiting and sales.
