摘要
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,畜禽肉及副产品、水产品、鲜蛋成为人类生活中重要的食品,关注这些食品的安全变得十分重要。本文对食品安全检测技术在磺胺类药物残留检测中的应用进行分析和研究,从畜禽肉及副产品、水产品、鲜蛋样品的前处理技术、检测技术等方面进行了分析探讨,以期为食品安全检测技术在磺胺类药物残留检测中的应用提供理论指导。
With the continuous improvement of people’s living,livestock and poultry meat and their by-products,aquatic products,and fresh eggs are important food for human.It is very important to pay attention to the safety of these foods.This paper analyzes and studies the application of food safety detection technology in the detection of sulfonamides residues,and discusses the pretreatment technology and detection technology of samples of livestock and poultry meat and their byproducts,aquatic products,and fresh eggs,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the application of food safety detection technology in the detection of sulfonamides residues.
