摘要
繁殖力是绵羊的重要经济性状之一。如何提高繁殖力对绵羊产业的发展具有十分重要的意义。随着现代分子生物技术的发展,组学技术已逐渐应用到绵羊繁殖领域的研究中。文章从基因组学、蛋白组学、代谢组学、转录组学等方面在绵羊高效快繁领域的应用进行了综述,以期为提高绵羊繁殖性能提供参考,同时为应用组学技术加快高效快繁绵羊的育种进程提供借鉴。
Fecundity is one of the important economic traits in sheep.Improving fecundity is of great significance to the development of sheep industry.With the development of modern molecular biotechnology,omics technology is gradually applied to the research of sheep breeding.In this paper,the research on efficient and rapid propagation of sheep using omics technologies such as genomics,proteomics,metabolomics and transcriptomics was reviewed,in order to provide references for further research on reproductive traits of sheep and improvement of sheep fertility,as well as for the application of omics technology to accelerate breeding of sheep with high reproductive rate.
