摘要
架桥机主梁支架是架桥机的主要承重部件,承担着吊车总体载荷。采用合理的桥架构造方式减轻自重,不仅能节约钢材成本,还能降低高速公路、桥梁的荷载,进而降低基础工程的成本。本文提出了一种改进梁腹板形状、设计新型金属梁来减少桥梁重量的方法;采用经典力学结构分析方法,计算开孔高度与相应的应力、变形之间的关系,给出了相应的计算公式;并运用有限元法,对空腹箱形梁的结构进行分析,并与理论分析进行比较证实了该方法的有效性。
The main beam support of the bridge erecting machine is the main load-bearing part of the bridge erecting machine,which bears the overall load of the crane.The use of reasonable bridge structure to reduce self-weight,its significance is not only to save the cost of steel,but also to reduce the load of highways and bridges,and then reduce the cost of basic engineering.This thesis proposes a method of improving the shape of the flange of the beam and designing a new metal beam to reduce the weight of the bridge.The relationship between the opening height and the corresponding stress and deformation is calculated by using the classical mechanical structure analysis method.The finite element method is used to analyze the structure of the hollow box beam,and the validity of the method is verified by comparing with the theoretical analysis.
