电站集箱角焊缝相控阵超声检测探讨

摘要 由于电站集箱端盖焊缝的设计特点及结构特性,在集箱端盖制作焊接过程中会出现各种不同的缺陷,在以后整个集箱运行过程中会产生应力。针对集箱端盖角焊缝检测存在的一些难点,本文提出采用相控阵超声检测技术。通过制作集箱端盖焊接模拟试样,采用射线检测、超声检测、相控阵超声检测对试样进行检测,并对检测结果进行对比。试验结果表明,相控阵超声检测技术具有较好的检测结果,为集箱端盖角焊缝的相控阵超声检测提供一定参考。 For the design characteristics and structural characteristics of the welding seam on the end cover of the power plant header,various defects will occur during the production and welding process of the header end cover,and stress will be generated during the entire operation of the header in the future.There are some difficulties in detecting the corner welds of the header end cover,and phased array ultrasonic testing technology is proposed in this paper.The simulated welding samples for the header end cover were made,radiographic testing,ultrasonic testing and phased array ultrasonic testing were used to detect the samples and the test results were compared.The experimental results show that phased array ultrasonic testing technology has good detection effects.This provides a reference for phased array ultrasonic testing of corner welds on the header end cover.
