摘要 高质量发展背景下,节能减排是钢铁行业的重要任务,高炉煤气作为钢铁企业的主要污染源之一,其净化处理尤为关键。本文分析了高炉煤气的组成及特点,探讨了高炉煤气精脱硫技术的现状,并针对工艺中的关键问题,从节能减排和持久稳定的角度出发,阐释了全干式高炉煤气精脱硫工艺在未来的重要作用,为超低排放目标下高炉煤气精脱硫提供参考。 In the context of high-quality development,energy conservation and carbon reduction are important measures in the steel industry.High-furnace coal gas,as one of the main pollution sources in steel enterprises,is a key focus.This article focuses on the composition and characteristics of blast furnace gas,explores the current state of gas purification technology for blast furnace gas desulfurization,and explains the significance of the all-dry blast furnace gas purification process in achieving energy conservation,carbon reduction,and long-term stability,providing a reference for the refinement of blast furnace gas desulfurization in pursuit of ultra-low emission targets.
