摘要
随着我国工业的快速发展,土壤和地下水污染问题日益凸显,给人体健康和生态环境带来了极大风险,已成为我国亟待解决的生态环境问题。在我国推动发展方式向绿色转型,实现“双碳”目标的背景下,开展污染地块土壤和地下水绿色低碳修复,探索修复方式的绿色化和低碳化,减少传统修复技术的碳排放量,可以实现土壤及地下水污染修复的“双碳”目标,达到经济、合理地利用土壤及地下水资源的目标。基于此,本文以“双碳”为背景,探讨绿色低碳修复技术的概念及特点,分析我国污染土壤和地下水绿色低碳修复中存在的问题,并对污染土壤和地下水绿色低碳修复技术应用的难点和对策进行分析,以期为我国土壤及地下水污染绿色修复工作提供参考。
With the rapid development of China’s industrialization,the pollution problem of soil and groundwater has become increasingly prominent,which brings great risks to human health and ecological environment,and has become an urgent ecological and environmental problem to be solved in China.In our country to promote the development mode of green transformation,realize the goal of“double carbon”under the background,to carry out the pollution plot of soil and groundwater green low carbon repair,explore repair way of green and low carbon,to reduce the traditional repair technology of carbon emissions,can realize the soil and groundwater pollution repair“double carbon”goal,achieve economic rational utilization of soil and groundwater resources.Based on this,this paper will take“double carbon”as the background,discusses the concept of green low carbon repair technology and characteristics,analysis of polluted soil and groundwater the problems existing in the green low carbon repair,and the polluted soil and groundwater green low carbon repair technology application difficulties and countermeasures,in order to provide reference for our soil and groundwater pollution green restoration work.
