Environmental impact assessment can provide scientifi c basis and decision support for the whole process of environmental management,and the whole process of environmental management can ensure the effective implementation of the results of environmental impact assessment.The combination of environmental impact assessment and the whole process of environmental protection management is increasingly close,which contributes to the formation of a more systematic and comprehensive environmental protection mechanism and promotes the in-depth development of environmental protection work.This paper analyzed the relationship between environmental impact assessment and whole process environmental management and the two,analyzed the key points of whole process environmental management in the current environmental impact assessment and whole process environmental management practice,based on this,discussed the specific strategies of environmental impact assessment and whole process environmental management.
