虚实融合实验教学模式的探索与实践——以X线计算机断层成像部分实验教学为例

摘要 医学影像技术专业是医、理、工融合的新医科专业,针对其医学影像原理及设备学课程实验教学中存在的耗时长、成本高、操作机会不足以及存在辐射风险等诸多问题,我校引入了虚拟仿真实验平台,并探索实践了传统实体实验与虚拟仿真实验相结合的教学模式。以我校2019—2021级医学影像技术专业学生为实践对象,详细分析了实验情况,并进行了问卷调查。教学实践结果发现,虚实融合的教学模式增强了学生对知识理解的深度和实操水平,提高了教学满意度和学习热情。同时,本文针对教学中存在的问题和学生反馈的意见,对虚实融合的实验教学模式提出了改进措施,为进一步优化实验教学设计提供指导。 Medical imaging technology is a new kind of medical specialty which integrates the medical,science and technology.For many problems such as long time consuming,high cost,insufficient operation opportunities and radiation risk for students in the experimental part of the medical imaging principle and equipment courses,a virtual simulation experimental platform was introduced,and the new teaching mode of combining the traditional real experiment and virtual simulation experiment was explored and practiced in our school.Students majoring in medical imaging technology from grade 2019 to 2021 as the practice objects,their experiment cases were analyzed in detail and the questionnaire survey wereconducted.The practice of the new teaching mode indicated that the virtual-real integrated teaching mode enhanced the depth of knowledge understanding and experimental operation level of the students,and it also improved their satisfaction with the teaching mode and their learning enthusiasm.At the same time,according to the problems found during the teaching process and the feedback from the students,some improve measures for the experimental teaching mode of virtual-real integration are proposed,which provides guidance for further optimization of the experimental teaching design.
