基于MATLAB的随车起重机变幅三铰点分析与优化

摘要 随车起重机变幅三铰点设计是整机设计至关重要的环节之一,其合理性关系到起重机的吊臂结构、立柱结构及变幅油缸等零部件的设计。利用MATLAB的优化函数对三铰点位置进行优化设计,从而在设计初期初步确定随车起重机变幅三铰点的位置。 The design of the three hinge points of amplitude of the truck crane is one of the most important links in the design of the whole machine,and its rationality is related to the design of the crane boom structure,column structure and the variable hinge cylinder and other parts.The optimization function of MATLAB is used to optimize the position of the three hinge points,so as to determine the position of the three hinge points of the product in the initial stage of design.
