摘要
介绍了六西格玛设计方法,在此基础上使用六西格玛设计方法结合FEA优化设计了一种高连接刚度的管柱式助力转向系统护管伸缩套,从而在设计上提高了转向管柱的固有频率。
This paper introduces the six Sigma design method,and on this basis,uses the six Sigma design method combined with FEA to optimize the design of a high connection stiffness pipe telescopic sleeve of the column power steering system,thus improving the natural frequency of the steering string in design.
