摘要
基于工业级FDM 3D打印技术,以汽车车门为研究对象,提出Z+方向和Z-方向两种打印方案。分析车门结构特征,利用CATIA软件完成汽车车门的创新设计,并用自主研发的EDP-01工业级FDM 3D打印设备完成车门缩比模型的打印。两种方案打印分别耗时16 h和10 h,大幅度缩短了制造周期及研发成本;通过对两种方案的打印件进行质量评估,确定最终打印方案,并提交客户。
Based on the industrial FDM 3D printing technology,taking the car door as the research object,two printing schemes of Z+direction and Z-direction are proposed.This paper analyzes the structure characteristics of the door,uses CATIA software to complete the innovative design of the door,and uses EDP-01 industrial FDM 3D printer to print the door scale model.The printing time of the two schemes is 16 hours and 10 hours respectively,which greatly reduces the manufacturing cycle and R&D cost.Through the quality evaluation of the prints of the two schemes,the final printing scheme is determined and submitted to the customer.
