摘要
管形玻璃长水准器的精度主要是由玻璃管内壁弧面的弧度决定的,为解决传统内弧面人工打磨方式存在生产制造上的限制,对工人经验水平要求较高、打磨精度低、成品率低的问题,研究了仿人工、精密仿型块走弧和直线电机双轴差补三种自动化打磨方式,均可实现自动化连续生产,可用于替代现有人工打磨,提高玻璃内弧面打磨的精度和生产效率,保证产品精度的一致性,满足水准器应用于精密测量的需求。
The accuracy of a tubular glass long level indicator is mainly determined by the curvature of the inner wall arc of the glass tube.The traditional method of processing the inner arc is manual polishing,which has limitations in production and manufacturing.This method requires high levels of worker experience,poor polishing accuracy,and is time-consuming,labor-intensive,and low yield.To solve this problem,this article studies three automated polishing methods:artificial imitation,precision imitation block arc walking,and linear motor dual axis difference compensation.All of three automated polishing methods can achieve automated and continuous production,and can be used to replace existing manual polishing,improve the accuracy and production efficiency of glass inner arc polishing,ensure consistency of product accuracy,and meet the requirements of using a level for precision measurement.
