基于虚拟仿真的数铣对刀研究

摘要 对刀是为了确定工件坐标系原点在机床坐标系中的确切位置,是数控铣削加工前的一项重要操作。以数控铣削加工中常见的长方体形状毛坯和圆柱体形状毛坯为例,应用斯沃数控仿真软件,深入研究了两类不同形状毛坯的对刀异同点,为从事数控铣削加工的操作人员提供了对刀的理论依据和仿真借鉴。 Tool setting is an important operation before CNC milling to determine the exact position of the workpiece coordinate system origin in the machine coordinate system.Taking the common rectangular and cylindrical shaped blanks in CNC milling as examples,the similarities and differences in tool setting between two different types of blanks with different shapes were studied in depth by using Swansoft,providing theoretical basis and simulation reference for operators engaged in CNC milling.
