摘要
针对局部通风电机保护系统存在的智能化程度低、灵敏度不高、保护动作延时大的问题,设计了一种基于TMS320F28335 DSP处理器的局部通风电机智能保护器优化方案。在分析通风电机智能保护器功能需求的基础上,重点阐述了硬件、软件设计思路与方法,并完成了试验验证。试验结果表明:优化后的局部通风电机智能保护器智能化程度高、灵敏度高、保护动作延时小,能够实现局部通风电机预期保护功能,有助于提升工作面安全性和作业效率。
In the view of the problems of low intelligence,low sensitivity and large delay of protection action in local ventilation motor protection system,an optimization scheme of local ventilation motor intelligent protector based on TMS320F28335 DSP processor is designed.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the intelligent protector for ventilating motor,the design ideas and methods of hardware and software are emphatically described,and the test is completed.The test results show that the optimized local ventilating motor intelligent protector has high intelligence degree,high sensitivity and small protective action delay,which can realize the expected protection function of local ventilating motor and help to improve the safety and efficiency of working face.
