摘要
针对EBZ260型掘进机电气系统存在的智能化水平低、维护/维修困难的问题,设计了基于CAN总线的掘进机模块化电气系统。重点分析了以CX9240控制器为核心的掘进机电气系统硬件、软件设计方案并完成了工业性试验。试验结果表明:该电气系统能够满足掘进机运行要求,提升了掘进机智能化水平,降低了电气系统维护和维修难度,有助于提高掘进工作面作业效率。
In the view of the problems of low intelligence level and difficult maintenance/repair of EBZ260 roadheader electrical system,a modular roadheader electrical system based on CAN bus is designed.The hardware and software design scheme of the roadheader electrical system with CX9240 controller as the core is analyzed and the industrial test is completed.The results show that the electrical system can meet the operation requirements of the roadheader,improve the intelligent level of roadheader,reduce the difficulty of maintenance/repair of the electrical system,and help to improve the working efficiency of heading face.
