摘要
探讨了基于NX PMI的数控编程与加工教学改革实践与探索。通过教学改革实践与探索,总结了基于NX PMI的教学改革方法,包括课程内容的重构、教学方法的创新、实验环节的加强以及学生创新能力的培养等。通过实施这些改革措施,学生的实践能力和创新精神得到了显著提升,教学质量和效果也得到了明显改善。该研究成果为数控编程与加工课程的教学改革提供了新的思路和方法,对于培养符合现代制造业需求的高素质人才具有重要意义。
This paper explores the practice and exploration of teaching reform in CNC programming and machining based on NX PMI(Product Manufacturing Information).Through teaching practice and exploration,this paper summarizes the teaching reform methods based on NX PMI,including the reconstruction of course content,the innovation of teaching methods,the strengthening of experimental links,and the cultivation of students'innovative abilities.The implementation of these reform measures has significantly improved students'practical abilities and innovative spirits,as well as the quality and effectiveness of teaching.The research findings of this paper provide new ideas and methods for the teaching reform of CNC programming and machining courses,which is of great significance for cultivating high-quality talents meeting the demands of modern manufacturing industry.
