摘要
利用对角布置的两台相机分别对箱垛的顶面和侧面进行成像,运用点云拟合技术得到箱垛的五面图像,进而计算出箱垛的长宽高尺寸;采用伺服电缸、滑轨及相应组件制作自动规整装置;规整装置以测量得到的尺寸作为控制参数对箱垛进行四面整形。结果表明:箱垛尺寸测量数据误差小,整形装置自动化程度高,箱垛整形效果改善明显。
Two diagonal cameras are used to image the top and side of the box stack,and the point cloud fitting technique is used to get the five-sided image of the box-stack,and then calculate the length,width and height size of the box-stack.The automatic arrangement device is made by using servo cylinder,slide rail and corresponding components.The arrangement device carries out four-sided shaping of the box-stack according to the measured size as the control parameter.The results show that the error of the box-stack size measurement data is small,the shaping device has a high degree of automation,and the box-stack shaping effect is improved obviously.
