大型矿山加工机械变速传动控制方法研究

摘要 为了优化矿山加工机械变速传动控制效果,提高加工机械传动效率,使其变速传动控制满足大型矿山工程开采与生产需求,开展了大型矿山加工机械变速传动控制方法研究。首先,根据加工机械的工作情况,确定其变速传动比范围。其次,在该传动比范围内计算加工机械的变速传动参数。在此基础上,基于模式切换控制策略,开展加工机械变速传动连续转换控制。实验分析结果表明:该变速传动控制方法应用后,在速比增加的情况下,加工机械变速传动效率大幅度上升,传动效率始终高于对照组,说明该方法具有较高的可行性以及变速传动控制效果。 In order to optimize the variable speed transmission control effect of mining processing machinery,improve the transmission efficiency of processing machinery,and make the variable speed transmission control meet the needs of large mining engineering,the research on the variable speed transmission control method of large mine processing machinery is carried out.First,according to the working situation of the processing machinery,determine its variable speed transmission ratio range.Secondly,within the range of the transmission ratio,the variable speed transmission parameters of the processing machinery are calculated.Based on the mode switching control strategy,the continuous conversion control of variable speed transmission of processing machinery is carried out.The experimental analysis results show that after the application of the proposed variable transmission control method,under the increase of speed ratio,the transmission efficiency of processing machinery variable speed increases greatly,and the transmission efficiency is always higher than the control group,which has high feasibility and variable transmission control effect.
