地质类专业招生模式及人才培养实践

摘要 大类招生已经成为全国高校地质类专业招生的主要模式,不仅有利于培养学生的综合素质和创新能力,还有助于满足多元化就业需求和培养全面发展的人才。但在本科培养方案总学分不断压缩的情况下,地质类专业大类招生的负面影响逐渐显现。通过对中国矿业大学地质类专业不同招生模式及人才培养过程中存在的主要问题分析,有针对性地提出了本科生导师制工作方案,专业教师提前介入人才培养过程,取得了较好的教育教学效果。提出应该进一步加强对地质类专业内涵建设的支持和重视,鼓励更多的人投身于地质类专业的学习。 Large category enrollment has become the main mode of enrollment for geological majors in universities nationwide,which is not only conducive to cultivating students’comprehensive qualities and innovative abilities,but also helps to meet diversified employment needs and cultivate talents with comprehensive development.However,with the continuous compression of total credits in undergraduate training programs,the negative impact of large-scale enrollment in geological majors is gradually becoming apparent.By analyzing the different enrollment models and main problems in the talent cultivation process of geological majors at China University of Mining and Technology,a targeted undergraduate tutorial system work plan was proposed.Professional teachers intervened in the talent cultivation process in advance and achieved good educational and teaching results.It is proposed to further strengthen support and attention to the connotation construction of geological majors,and encourage more people to participate in the study of geological majors.
