京津冀协同发展中高职院校教学改革发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

京津冀协同发展背景下,京津冀地区因经济发展的需要而渴求更多高素质技术技能人才。高职院校作为培育高素质技术技能人才的重要阵地,要以不断提升教育教学质量、推进教学改革工作为目标和追求做出相应努力,这对京津冀协同发展战略的深化落实起到积极促进作用。基于此,着重挖掘京津冀协同发展背景下高职院校教学改革困境,为达成教育教学质量提升和推动京津冀协同发展两项目标,分别引申出对应的高职院校教学改革发展策略,构建京津冀地区经济与教育两大板块协同发展新格局。

In the context of coordinated development among Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is eager for more high-level skilled talents due to economic development needs.As an important position for cultivating high-level skilled talents,vocational colleges need to improve the quality of education and teaching,and promote teaching reform is imperative and urgent.This plays a positive role in promoting the deepening implementation of the coordinated development strategy among Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei.Based on this,the article focuses on exploring the development difficulties of vocational colleges in the context of coordinated development among Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei.In order to achieve the two goals of improving education and teaching quality and promoting coordinated development among Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei,corresponding teaching reform and development strategies for vocational colleges are respectively extended,and a new pattern of coordinated development between the economy and education sectors in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is constructed.
