OBE成果导向教育理念及实施路径的探索——以惠州城市职业学院为例

摘要 在工科专业需要通过《悉尼协议》认证、学前教育专业接受教育部认证的背景下,惠州城市职业学院在全部专业中开展基于OBE理念的教育改革,从设置校—院—专业三级育人目标开始,自上而下地实施改革。经过5年的探索,从成果设置、教学实施和达成度评价等三方面探索形成了一整套实施路径,很好地落实了OBE“成果导向、学生中心、持续改进”的教育理念。基于OBE教育理念所探索形成的实施路径和方法,提供了自上而下实施OBE改革的案例,具有一定的借鉴意义和推广价值。 Under the background that engineering majors need to pass the Sydney agreement certification and pre-school education majors are certified by the Ministry of Education,our school has carried out educational reform based on OBE concept in all majors,starting from the three-level education goal,and implementing the top down reform.After five years of exploration,a set of implementation paths have been explored from three aspects,including achievement setting,teaching implementation and achievement evaluation,and the OBE education concept of“achievement-oriented,student-centered,and continuous improvement”has been well implemented.Based on the implementation path and method explored by OBE education concept,our school provides a case of top-down implementation of OBE reform,which has certain reference significance and promotion value.
