Research on the Construction of Cross-border E-commerce Collaborative Education Mode Based on Systematic Thinking

通过辩证地运用系统思维,研究跨境电商生态系统特点及人才培养需求,探讨结合内蒙古地区跨境电商领域地、企、校、业、人等资源禀赋特点和产业的发展需求,利用好省域现代职业教育体系建设契机,构建满足高等教育“四个服务”要求,培育能够用好跨境电商产业新质生产资料的应用型人才的地校、校企、校院(所)协同育人模式的生态系统,打造促进内蒙古地区跨境电商可持续发展的人才培养“动力舱”。

This paper is devoted to the dialectical use of system thinking,studies cross-border electricity ecosystem characteristics and talent training demand,discusses the combination of cross-border electricity in Inner Mongolia“region,enterprise,school,industry,talent”resources endowment characteristics and industry development demand,makes good use of provincial modern vocational education system construction,to meet the“four services”oriented requirements,cultivate talents that can use cross-border electricity industry new production materials and promote the sustainable development of cross-border electricity talent training power tank.
