浅谈新时代高职院校学生工匠精神的培育现状

On the Cultivation of Students’Craftsman Spirit in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

在我国社会主义制度优势不断彰显、综合国力不断提升,倡导和践行社会主义核心价值观的背景下,工匠精神已超越了“工”本身的范畴,具有鲜明的时代特性,不仅是某一种职业需要的精神,而是社会上每一个从业者都应具备的思想品质。在以数字化、网络化和智能化为标志性特征的第四次工业革命的时代背景下,深度挖掘工匠精神的内涵,拓展其外延,不断赋予其中华民族的民族特点,基于立德树人根本任务,结合高职院校的职业教育优势,积极探索培育路径,促进高职院校高质量发展。

Under the background of advocating and practicing the socialist core values of love,dedication,integrity and friendliness,while the advantages of China’s socialist system continue to manifest and the overall national strength continues to improve,the craftsman spirit has exceeded the category of“work”itself and has distinct characteristics of the times.It is not only the spirit of a certain occupation,but also the ideological quality that every practitioner in the society should have.In the context of the fourth Industrial Revolution,which is characterized by digitalization,networking and intelligence,we will dig deep into the connotation of artisan spirit,expand its extension,and constantly give it the national characteristics of the Chinese nation.Based on the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents and combining the advantages of vocational education in higher vocational colleges,we will actively explore the cultivation path to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.
