大数据视域下高校教师管理与评价改革研究

摘要 大数据时代背景下,教育教学工作也向着现代化、信息化的方向发展,越来越多新的教学手段被应用于教学活动中,但从教师层面来看,还需要更好地利用信息化和数据化手段,以此更好地促进教学质量的提升。基于此,围绕大数据教育管理工作展开探讨,深入分析如何更好地借助大数据技术开展教师管理、教师评价工作,并提出切实可行的教师管理、教师评价工作体系,从而全面激发教师潜能,促进教师队伍的优化和整体教学质量的提升。 In the context of the big data era,education and teaching is also developing towards modernization and informatization,and more and more new teaching methods are being applied in teaching activities.However,from the perspective of teachers,there is still a need for them to better utilize informatization and data driven methods to better promote the improvement of teaching quality.Based on this,this article explores the management of big data education,deeply analyzes how to better utilize big data technology to carry out teacher management and teacher evaluation work,proposes a practical and feasible system for teacher management and teacher evaluation work,so as to fully stimulate the potential of teachers,promote the optimization of teachers and improve the overall teaching quality.
