以规范用药为主题的品管圈小组活动对帕金森病患者服用美多芭的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Quality Control Circle Group Activities with the Theme of Standardized Medication on Parkinson's Disease Patients with Madopar Treatment

目的:探讨以规范用药为主题的品管圈小组活动对帕金森病患者美多芭服药依从性、漏服率和自我管理行为的影响。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年6月在本院治疗的90例帕金森病患者作为研究对象,其中将2021年7月—2022年6月于本院接受常规管理的45例帕金森病患者纳入对照组,将2022年7月—2023年6月于本院以规范用药为主题的品管圈小组活动中接受管理的45例帕金森病患者纳入品管圈组,比较两组服药依从性、漏服率、服药信念、自我管理能力及护理满意度。结果:品管圈组服药依从性、服药信念量表各维度评分、自我健康管理问卷各维度评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);品管圈组漏服率为11.11%,低于对照组的28.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以规范用药为主题的品管圈小组活动可以提升帕金森病患者美多芭服药依从性,降低患者漏服率并提高其自我管理能力和满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle group activities with the theme of standardized medication on the medication compliance,missed medication rate and self-management behavior of Madopar in Parkinson's disease patients.Methods:A total of 90 patients with Parkinson's disease who were treated in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.Among them,45 patients with Parkinson's disease who received routine management in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were included in the control group,and 45 patients with Parkinson's disease who were managed in the quality control circle group activities with the theme of standardized medication in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were included in the quality control circle group.The medication compliance,missed medication rate,medication belief,self-management ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of medication compliance,medication belief scale,self-health management questionnaire and nursing satisfaction in the quality control circle group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of missed administration in the quality control circle group was 11.11%,which was lower than 28.89% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle group activity with the theme of standardized medication can improve the medication compliance of Parkinson's disease patients with Madopar,reduce the rate of missed medication and improve their self-management ability and satisfaction.
