基于医共体共享平台的延续性护理在布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘患者中的效果

Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on Medical Community Sharing Platform in Patients with Bronchial Asthma Treated with Budesonide

目的:分析基于医共体共享平台的延续性护理在支气管哮喘患者布地奈德治疗期间的效果。方法:选取本院2021年9月—2023年2月收治的接受布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘患者79例,其中2021年9月—2022年5月接受常规护理的39例患者作为对照组,2022年6月—2023年2月接受基于医共体共享平台的延续性护理的40例患者作为研究组。比较两组治疗依从性、知识掌握度、慢性病自我效能量表(CDSES)分值、哮喘控制测试量表(ACT)分值、贝克抑郁量表21项(BDI-21)分值、贝克焦虑量表(BAI)分值。结果:研究组用药依从性优良率、知识掌握度优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预3个月,研究组CDSES分值与ACT分值高于对照组,BDI-21分值与BAI分值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在支气管哮喘患者布地奈德治疗期间,予以基于医共体共享平台的延续性护理有助于改善哮喘症状,提高用药依从性与知识掌握度,并增强自我效能感,减轻负性情绪。

Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous nursing based on the medical community sharing platform during the treatment of budesonide in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 79 patients with bronchial asthma who received budesonide treatment in our hospital from September 2021 to February 2023 were selected.Among them,39 patients who received routine care from September 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the control group,and 40 patients who received continuity care based on the shared platform of the medical community from June 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study group.The treatment compliance,knowledge mastery,chronic disease self-efficacy scale(CDSES)score,asthma control test scale(ACT)score,Beck depression inventory(BDI-21)score,and Beck anxiety inventory(BAI)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent rate of medication compliance and knowledge mastery in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of intervention,the CDSES score and ACT score in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the BDI-21 score and BAI score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of budesonide in patients with bronchial asthma,continuous nursing based on the medical community sharing platform can help improve asthma symptoms,improve medication compliance and knowledge mastery,and enhance self-efficacy and reduce negative emotions.
