基于学校教育模式下的儿童糖尿病专科病房护理路径在糖尿病患儿药物治疗过程中的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Pathway of Children's Diabetes Specialist Ward Based on School Education Mode in the Process of Drug Treatment of Children with Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨基于学校教育模式下的儿童糖尿病专科病房护理路径对胰岛素皮下持续注射糖尿病的血糖控制效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2023年2月于本院看诊的糖尿病患儿100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组则采取基于学校教育模式下的儿童糖尿病专科病房护理路径,比较两组血糖指标、不良事件发生率发生率及护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)数值水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组低血糖、皮肤感染、酮症酸中毒发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对儿童糖尿病实施基于学校教育模式下的儿童糖尿病专科病房护理路径效果明显,可降低患者血糖数值水平,利于血糖控制,使得护理风险的发生率下降,护理满意度较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing pathway in children's diabetes mellitus specialist ward based on school education mode on blood glucose control of insulin subcutaneous continuous injection.Methods:A total of 100 children with diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 children in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group adopted the nursing path of children's diabetes mellitus specialist ward based on school education mode.The blood glucose index,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia,skin infection and ketoacidosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of nursing pathway in children's diabetes mellitus specialist ward based on school education mode for children with diabetes is obvious,which can reduce the blood glucose level of patients,facilitate blood glucose control,reduce the incidence of nursing risk,and improve nursing satisfaction.
