摘要
在生产轮胎气密层的过程中,挤出制品的均匀性是首要保证的目标,常被作为评判轮胎质量优劣的关键因素。但过度提高制品均匀性会导致挤出效率严重下降,不利于企业的实际生产。为解决上述问题,文中采用有限元法和响应面法相结合的方式对单辊筒机头进行优化分析,分别以出口截面中间层挤出方向的速度均值和标准差为目标函数,通过部分因子试验、爬坡试验、Box-Behnken设计及响应曲面分析构造显著因子与目标函数的回归方程来确定最佳优化组合。对回归方程及优化后的流场模型进行了试验验证。结果表明:单辊筒机头挤出均匀性和稳定性得到改善,响应面法可以用于单辊筒机头的结构和工艺参数的优化设计。
When the tire's inner liner is produced,the uniformity of extruded products must be ensured,which is often re-garded as the key facto to judge the quality of tire.However,excessively improving the uniformity of products will lead to a seri-ous decline in extrusion efficiency,which is not conducive to the actual production of enterprises.In order to solve these prob-lems,in this article,the finite-element method and RSM are combined to optimize the single-roller head.With the velocity's mean and standard deviation in the extrusion direction of the outlet section's middle layer as the objective function,the regression equation between the significant factor and the objective function is constructed through the partial-factor experiment,the climbing experiment,the Box-Behnken design,and RSM.The regression equation and the optimized flow-field model are verified by ex-periments.The results show that the single-roller head's extrusion uniformity and stability have improve,and RSM can be used to optimize the single-roller head's parameters in terms of structure and process.
