国产高端动力换挡拖拉机润滑系统设计与优化

Design and optimization of domestic high-end power-shifting tractor's lubrication system

摘要 以国产高端动力换挡拖拉机润滑系统为研究对象,通过经验公式设定了润滑系统流量分配目标值。同时,搭建和优化了该润滑系统的AMESim仿真模型,模拟优化后润滑系统的流量分配满足设计目标值。通过真实样机的两种试验分析方法,验证了该润滑系统的合理性和可靠性,关键润滑点的输入润滑流量实测平均值与仿真模型分析模拟值只相差2.2%,证明了仿真模型的准确性。 In this article,with the focus on the power-shifting tractor's lubrication system,efforts are made to work out its flow-distribution target value through the empirical formula.At the same time,the AMESim simulation model of the lubrication system is set up and optimized;the flow distribution of the optimized lubrication system meets the required target value.Two methods of experiment and analysis are used for the real prototype;it is verified that the lubrication system is rationale and relia-ble.The measured average value of the input lubrication flow at the key lubrication point is only 2.2%different from the simula-ted value of the simulation model,which proves that this model is accurate.
