新工科视域下工程实践创新教学体系的研究和实践 被引量:2

摘要 传统工程训练已不能满足新工科背景下科研、创新和竞赛的需求,文中结合当前背景和教学改革需求,以提高学生职业素养为核心,以立德树人为根本,以项目引领为驱动,实现了教学理念、教学体系和教学模式的3个转变。依托老旧设备构建了具有生命全周期的产品资源库,依托创意工坊构建了具有工业产品属性的实物创新资源库,搜集大国工匠访谈录和自己身边人和事的典型案例建设了课程思政资源库。依托3个资源库构建新的教学项目库,实现了资源库和教学项目多对多的教学模式框架。将传统工程训练进行了重组改进,转化融合新工科内容,形成新工科背景下线上线下混合的新型教学体系,为培养既具有深厚知识积累又具有技能特色的科学家式的工程师提供支撑和参考。 The traditional engineering practice fails to meet the needs of scientific research,innovation,and competition in the context of new engineering.In this article,in combination with the current situation and the teaching reform,with improving the students'professional abilities as the core,moral education as the foundation,and project leadership as the driving force,ef-forts are made to achieve such transformations in teaching philosophy,system and mode.The full-lifecycle product resource li-brary is set up based on old equipment;the innovative prototype resource library with industrial product attributes is built based on creative workshops;the interviews with great craftsmen are conducted,while typical cases of people and things are collected,so as to construct an ideological and political course resource library.A new teaching project library is set up based on three re-source libraries.As a result,the teaching mode framework is worked out,which is characterized by multiple resource libraries and teaching projects.The traditional engineering practice is restructured,improved and integrated into new engineering,and then an online-offline teaching system in the context of new engineering is identified.This study provides support and reference for cultivating science-oriented engineers with profound knowledge and expertise.
