余热梯级利用在聚酯装置炉区的应用

摘要 燃煤炉区承担着聚酯工厂各系统的供热,对企业来说,降本增效是永恒的要求。公司作为耗能重点单位,利用现有技术,深挖系统潜能,降低生产成本成为现阶段的重中之重。本文介绍了某企业基于能源双控要求,通过锅炉余热梯级利用的改造案例,可年节约原煤5159t,年节省燃料支出600多万元,研究成果可为相关企业提供参考。 The coal burning furnace area undertakes the heating of various systems in the polyester factory,and for enterprises,reducing costs and increasing efficiency are eternal requirements.As a key energy consuming unit,the company's utilization of existing technology,deep exploration of system potential,and reduction of production costs have become the top priority at this stage.This article introduces a transformation case of a certain enterprise based on the requirements of energy dual control,which can save 5159 t of raw coal annually and more than 6 million yuan in fuel expenditure through the cascade utilization of boiler waste heat.The research results can provide refer-ence for relevant enterprises..
