摘要
本文介绍了PCR再生塑料在食品级包装中的应用现状,计算了分子量调节对PCR材料性能的影响,并经计算验证了增韧技术的效果。同时,介绍了优化PCR材料的环境友好性和法规遵从的重要性,推荐了一系列提升PCR再生塑料在食品级包装应用中性能和安全性的技术方案。
This article introduces the current application status of PCR recycled plastics in food grade packaging,calculates the effect of molecular weight regulation on the properties of PCR materials,and verifies the effect of toughening technology through calculation.At the same time,the importance of optimizing the environmental friendliness and regulatory compliance of PCR materials was introduced,and a series of technical solutions were recommended to improve the performance and safety of PCR recycled plastics in food grade packaging applications.
