循证护理模式对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术患者术后生活幸福感及并发症的影响

Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing Model on Life Well-Being and Complications in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Dissection

目的探究循证护理模式对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术患者术后生活幸福感及并发症的影响。方法选取我院2021年1月至2021年10月收治的卵巢囊肿患者100例,以随机数字表法分成常规组和循证护理组,每组50例。常规组采用常规护理干预,循证护理组在常规护理的基础上加用循证护理。对比两组患者术后康复情况、生活幸福感及并发症情况。结果循证护理组患者术后住院时间、导尿管留置时间短于常规组,术后首次下床活动时间、术后初次排气时间早于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者在生活质量、总体情感指数、幸福感指数总分方面均比治疗前有所提高,且循证护理组患者在生活质量、总体情感指数、幸福感指数总分方面高于常规组(P<0.05)。循证护理组患者术后的并发症少于常规组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理模式能促进腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术患者的康复,提高其生活幸福感,降低术后并发症的发生率,对患者预后恢复有重要的临床价值。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing model on postoperative life happiness and complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods One hundred patients with ovarian cysts admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2021 were randomly divided into a routine group and an evidence-based nursing group,with 50 patients in each group.The routine group received routine nursing intervention,and the evidence-based nursing group received additional evidence-based nursing based on the routine nursing.Postoperative rehabilitation status,life happiness,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The patients in the evidence-based nursing group had shorter postoperative hospitalization time and catheterization retention time than those in the routine group,and had earlier postoperative mobilization time and initial ventilation time than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups of patients showed improvement in quality of life,overall emotional index,and total score of happiness index compared to before treatment,and the evidence-based nursing group had higher quality of life,overall emotional index,and total score of happiness index than the routine group(P<0.05).The postoperative complications in the evidence-based nursing group were less than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions The evidence-based nursing model can accelerate the recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,improve life happiness,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and have important clinical value for patients'prognosis and recovery.
