针对性护理对骨伤患者术后疼痛的护理效果评价

Evaluation of Nursing Effect of Targeted Nursing on Postoperative Pain in Patients with Bone Injury

目的骨伤患者以手术治疗为主,本文分析针对性护理对此病患者术后疼痛的护理效果。方法抽取2022年1月至2023年1月期间在我院接受手术治疗的骨伤患者84例,以盲分法分成两组,接受常规护理的42例患者为参照组,接受针对性护理的42例患者为观察组,对比护理效果。结果①对比静息时和运动时患者的疼痛程度(评价工具:VAS),干预前两组评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后观察组评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。②对比两组患者睡眠质量(评价工具:PSQI),干预前两组评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后观察组评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。③对比两组患者不良情绪(评价工具:SAS、SDS),干预前两组评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后观察组评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论骨伤患者术后疼痛程度较重,采取针对性护理可有效缓解患者疼痛程度,改善患者睡眠质量、不良情绪及生活质量,患者对此模式的满意度高。

Objective Surgery is the main treatment for patients with bone injury.This paper analyzes the nursing effect of targeted nursing for patients with postoperative pain.Methods A total of 84 patients with bone injury who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by blind method.Forty-two patients receiving routine care were used as the reference group and 42 patients receiving targeted nursing were used as the observation group,to compare the nursing effect.Results(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05)by comparing the pain degree of patients at rest and exercise(VAS);after intervention,the score of observation group was lower than that of reference group(P<0.05).(2)Sleep quality was compared(evaluation tool:PSQI),and there was no significant difference in scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after intervention,the score of observation group was lower than that of reference group(P<0.05).(3)The adverse emotions compared(evaluation tools:SAS,SDS),and there was no significant difference in the scores of the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after intervention,the score of observation group was lower than that of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with bone injury with severe postoperative pain,targeted nursing can effectively relieve the pain level of patients,improve the quality of sleep,bad mood and quality of life of patients,and patients have high satisfaction with this mode.
