基于社会认知理论的家庭支持干预对老年高血压患者的护理效果分析

Nursing Effect Analysis of Family Support Intervention Based on Social Cognitive Theory on Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨基于社会认知理论的家庭支持干预对老年高血压患者的护理效果。方法本次研究共计纳入60例研究患者,所有患者均为在我院接受治疗的老年高血压患者,且均于2021年1月至2023年1月就诊。将60例患者以随机数字法进行分组,分别为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组患者在治疗过程中采取常规护理方案,观察组则采取基于社会认知理论的家庭支持干预方案,对两组患者的护理效果进行分析。结果护理后,观察组患者的慢性病健康素养各项评分、自我护理能力评分和家庭支持评分高于对照组,血压水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年高血压患者的治疗中,给予基于社会认知理论的家庭支持干预方案后,有效地提升了患者的慢性病健康素养、自我护理能力以及家庭支持程度,利于患者血压的控制,获得了良好的临床干预效果。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of family support intervention based on social cognitive theory on elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 60 patients were included in this study,all of whom were elderly hypertensive patients receiving treatment in our hospital,and all of whom sought treatment between January 2021 and January 2023.Sixty patients were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random number method.The control group was treated with routine nursing program while the observation group was treated with family support intervention program based on social cognitive theory.The nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results After nursing,the scores of chronic health literacy,self-care ability and family support of patients in the observation group were higher than the control group,while the blood pressure level was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,the family support intervention program based on social cognitive theory can effectively improve the patients'chronic health literacy,self-care ability and family support degree,which is conducive to the Control of patients'blood pressure,and obtain good clinical intervention effects.
